PRIVATE DINNERS
THE CATBIRD SEAT IS A UNIQUE DINING EXPERIENCE THAT CAN BE SHARED FOR PRIVATE OCCASIONS WITH THOSE WHO APPRECIATE THE CULINARY EXPERIENCE AND FOOD CULTURE. THE DINING ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR FULL BUYOUTS ONLY, AND WE CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 24 GUESTS. ALL GUESTS ARE SEATED AROUND A BAR-HEIGHT KITCHEN COUNTER AND SERVED BY OUR CHEFS. DINNER LASTS APPROXIMATELY 2.5 HOURS AND CAN BE ACCOMPANIED BY RECEPTION TIME IN OUR LOUNGE OR PRIVATE BAR ROOM IN THE PATTERSON HOUSE.
MENU
The menu is served in a tasting menu-style of approximately 10 courses, and features our standard seasonal dinner menu with a variety of culinary influences, techniques, local produce, and proteins.
BEVERAGE
We provide a number of beverage options including pre-ordered wine pairings, non-alcoholic pairings, or pre-selected wines by the bottle. Guests can have the option to order off a menu, and we are happy to discuss in more detail.
LET’S HAVE A RECEPTION
We have a Lounge attached to the dining room which can be utilized for a reception before or after dinner.
The Lounge can offer a full beverage menu and can also be available prior to a private dinner. Add a reception hour in The Lounge for $300/hour plus consumption. The Lounge is not available without a full dinner buyout.
